  • Cancellation and other policies

    • Need to cancel by 11pm, 24 hours prior to check-in date. For example: If your booking is for June 10th, then you need to cancel by 11pm on June 8th. Call (907) 562-5700, or email info@arcticadventurehostel.com.
    • You are guaranteed the room only for the dates you are paid.
    • YOUR CREDIT CARD IS CHARGED FOR THE 1ST NIGHT PLUS TAX AT BOOKING. BALANCE(IF ANY) IS PAYABLE BY CASH, CREDIT CARD (VISA, MASTERCARD OR DISCOVER), OR TRAVELER'S CHECK ON ARRIVAL. WE HAVE A $2.00 PER ROOM SURCHARGE ON CREDIT CARDS USED FOR FINAL PAYMENT. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO INITIAL NIGHT CHARGE AT BOOKING
